Who We are:

In 2005, the population of Kaufman has grown to over 20,000.  Projections for the next five years indicate a continuation of this amazing growth.  With this growth come new opportunities and new needs in ministry.

On March 1st of this year a tremendous work of God began in our city.  A group of pastors and leaders came together in a spirit of Christian cooperation to coordinate and establish the Kaufman Christian Help Center.  The Center has been founded as a not-for-profit organization that advocates for the wellness and self-sufficiency of the citizens of Kaufman and the surrounding communities.
Our mission is to provide an area-wide information and referral system to reduce duplication of services, assess social service needs and resources, and enhance communication between those in need and available resources.

Our churches have been working independently for many years to meet needs in Kaufman.  We’ve done much to provide a cup of water in Jesus’ name.  Joining forces allows us to accomplish so much more than any one of us could do alone.
